A computer hacker is on the loose and no one knows who he really is. Ranma finds a man bleeding and gave him a brief case that contains important info on a man name Joker. After he dies Ranma gets mistaken for commenting homicide. And has to hide from the police. he knows little about computers so it's very difficult for him to know what this Joker's plan is. But when he turns back into Rella, Rella will have to solve this case her own way. Since she's better at computers than Ranma is. But will she clear Ranma from the wanted list?
